Every dish has been crafted to enhance the flavours of the wines, the menu serving as a guide, ensuring that each pairing is a celebration of taste.
Among the standout starters, Wagyu Carpaccio, Kale & Avocado Salad, and Polpo a la Gallega. The sharing style Charcuterie platter of comte, manchego, Grana Padano, a selection of cured meats accompanied with focaccia and aioli, recommended with a wide range of wines, from zesty whites to bold reds, making it an ideal start to any meal. For main courses, select Roasted Sea Bream cooked to perfection and served with harissa, Cecina de Leon, or the tender Beef Tenderloin with artichoke, pecorino cream, and beef jus, suggested with an exploration of South American reds.
