La Noche Blanca
As one of the UAE capital’s most sizzling parties of the year, COYA Abu Dhabi is thrilled to welcome the return of its famed global ‘La Noche Blanca’ party on Saturday, June 10. A hedonistic gathering of music lovers and party goers, COYA’s La Noche Blanca nights are renowned across the world for their captivating beats, enthralling performances, and elegant all-white themes.
Inviting friends and socialites to celebrate the start of summer with a fresh and stylish white party, guests are free to relish in a lively evening filled with authentic Peruvian cuisine, premium beverages, spectacular live performances and uplifting musical soundtracks.
Held across the beautifully decorated dining room, Pisco Bar and the air-conditioned terrace, friends are invited to dance the night away at the Al Maryah Island hotspot and admire the panoramic views of the sparkling skyline.
The COYA MUSIC resident DJs will keep the mood upbeat throughout the night with their eclectic mixes of tribal beats and deep house tunes, while the live dancers are sure to leave guests enthralled.
COYA Abu Dhabi’s à la carte menu offers its guests flavoursome dishes and Peruvian signatures, available to enjoy throughout the night. Showcasing the most delicious spices and premium authentic ingredients of Peru, the award-winning kitchen team will be on hand to prepare tempting bites such as creamy guacamole, zesty fresh seafood ceviches, succulent anticucho skewers, colourful maki rolls, heartwarming traditional rice pots, juicy meats such as grilled corn-fed baby chicken and Wagyu sirloin, and much more.
Meanwhile, the exclusive La Noche Blanca drinks collection will delight every party goer with its enchanting combination of traditional and contemporary mixes. The award-winning bar team will keep their refreshing creations flowing throughout the evening, including the stylish venue’s trademark Pisco Sour, and many other unique Latin American-inspired cocktails and beverages.
Filled with amazing musical mixes and refreshing concoctions, guests are encouraged to don their most glamorous white outfits and join the team at COYA Abu Dhabi in welcoming in the summer season with another thrilling COYA party.
The La Noche Blanca party at COYA Abu Dhabi will burst into life for one night only on Saturday, June 10, from 9pm until late. Guests dining on the terrace and the high tables have a minimum spend of AED 500pp, while parties of four to six people on the sofas have a minimum spend of AED 3,500 per table, AED 500pp added on for groups of more than six. There is no minimum spend for the restaurant.
National Ceviche Day
COYA Abu Dhabi, the UAE capital’s favourite Peruvian restaurant, is launching a very special new dining experience in honour of National Ceviche Day, the global annual event held on June 28.
Head Chef Amila Dewasurendra and his team have curated an extraordinary ceviche platter exclusively for the occasion. Available for three days only from Wednesday, June 28 to Friday, June 30, the platter showcases the most delicious varieties of Peru’s iconic national dish.
Guests are invited to experience the mesmerising flavours of six different creative ceviches, starring delicious combinations such as spicy yellowfin tuna with chilli, garlic and sesame seeds, red snapper with truffle ponzu and classic sea bass ceviche with sweet potato, red onion and crispy corn.
Shellfish enthusiasts will adore the Argentinian prawns with butternut and ginger and the squid with black garlic and rice vinegar, while the vegetarian-friendly smoked tomato stars a unique fusion of tomato sorbet, parmesan crumbs and basil.
The National Ceviche Day platter is available to enjoy for AED 358 from Wednesday, June 28 to Friday, June 30 for both lunch and dinner.
Fin De Semana
Meaning “weekend” in Spanish, the unique and memorable Fin De Semana dining experience takes guests on a culinary journey from Abu Dhabi to Peru.
Inviting guests to immerse themselves in COYA Abu Dhabi’s enticing signature ambience, mouthwatering dishes, and unbeatable views over the waters of Al Maryah Island, the weekend event now offers a set menu of COYA’s most popular signature specialties for AED 199 per person on Saturday and Sunday.
The stylish affair kicks off with a bowl of nourishing soup and a choice of two tempting appetisers, including salmon tacos, cucumber and apple salad, mixed seafood ceviche and much more.
For mains, guests are invited to sample true Peruvian culinary excellence. Presenting a delectable choice of specialties, such as slow-cooked beef ribs, grilled corn-fed baby chicken and salmon with miso, every recipe is served with a portion of traditional Patatas Bravas crispy potatoes with spicy tomato sauce.
Finally, as the journey comes to a close, guests can end their evening on a sweet note by choosing between the divinely decadent Chocolate fondant, Chicha Morada with purple corn colada and orange shortbread or the spectacular Churros de Naranja platter.
But the fun doesn’t stop there. Complimenting this feast for the senses and helping friends to unwind and relax, an array of unlimited premium wines, beers, speciality beverages and signature mixed drinks specially curated by award-winning bar team.
Adding extra weekend fun, those who join the Fin De Seaman on a Saturday are encouraged to savour three hours three hours of refreshing premium beverages. Presenting the perfect way of enjoying a laid-back Saturday afternoon, guests can choose from a Premium package with champagne and COYA’s iconic Pisco Sour cocktails, or a house beverage package with premium wines, beers, soft drinks and cocktails.
This Fin De Semana menu is available every every Saturday and Sunday from 12.30pm to 3.30pm. The experience is AED 199 for the food menu, while drinks are priced a la carte onSunday. On Saturday, AED 168 per person for three hours of free-flowing beverages.
The three-hour Saturday beverage packages are priced AED 225 for house beverages and AED 350 for premium beverages, including Pisco Sours and Veuve Clicquot Champagne. Beverage packages are not available to redeem after 2.30pm.
Pisco Sour & Ceviche Masterclass
This June, COYA Abu Dhabi is delighted to present another edition of its much-loved Pisco and Ceviche Masterclass.
Providing guests with a totally immersive and uniquely interactive culinary experience, the masterclass invites food and beverage connoisseurs to roll up their sleeves and learn how to mix the classic Pisco Sour, Latin America’s most famous cocktail, and create three flavour-filled ceviches, the iconic national dish of Peru.
Starting in The Pisco Bar, the expert bar team begin the journey by explaining the history behind the Pisco Sour and demonstrating the skilled craftsmanship that goes into creating every beverage.
Then, once each guest has prepared their delicious concoction, the experience is moved on through to the restaurant, where COYA’s highly skilled chefs present the fabulous traditions and techniques behind Peru’s iconic ceviche. The team then carefully guides guests through how to make three delectable ceviche varieties, and of course participants are encouraged to taste and savour each recipe along the way.
After the masterclass has concluded, a sumptuous three-course lunch of COYA’s most popular signature dishes is served. Featuring delicious starters like guacamole, corn salad, and wagyu beef baos, plus mains such as grilled corn-fed baby chicken, quinoa and pumpkin rice iron pot and Chilean sea bass rice iron pot, the journey ends with a helping of authentic churros and milk chocolate sauce, and sweet chicha morada.
The Ceviche and Pisco Masterclass experience will take place on Sunday, June 25, from 12.30pm to 4pm, priced AED 330 per person.

Live music nights with Azucar
Cubache, the Cuban five-piece band, will continue to bring joy to COYA Abu Dhabi throughout June.
As the group raises the roof of the Pisco Bar with their infectious and uplifting tunes, guests are encouraged to relax and savour an array of COYA’s legendary cocktails and premium Latin American beverages.
Presenting a hypnotic fusion of Latin and Afro rhythms, influenced by Spanish, French and Afro Cuban cultures, every guest will find it impossible not to fall in love with Cubache’s theatrical and upbeat sound.
While the award-winning bartenders of the Pisco Bar expertly prepare COYA’s signature creations, the experienced chefs will be on hand to whip up an array of Peruvian-inspired bar bites for anyone who feels a little peckish.
Azucar takes place every Thursday from 10pm onwards. Reservations are recommended.
Business Lunch
Colleagues, friends and family members are invited to elevate their lunch time by indulging in COYA Abu Dhabi’s much-loved Business Lunch.
Presenting a special curated set menu of COYA’s most delicious and authentic Peruvian specialties, the experience offers an exclusive chance to savour two sumptuous courses, served with soup and a side, for AED 130 per person.
Ideal for business meetings or catching up with friends, each diner is welcome to indulge in two delicate appetisers, such as sea bass croquettes, Wagyu beef baos and salmon ceviche, plus one sumptuous main, including a choice of grilled corn-fed baby chicken, slow-cooked beef ribs, quinoa and pumpkin iron pot, grilled salmon and many more delectable options.
For a sweet conclusion, a portion of homemade traditional churros or a pina colada popsicle can be added to the colourful culinary voyage for AED 30, while a selection of specially curated lunch drinks are available to purchase on an à la carte basis.
The COYA Business Lunch is available Monday to Thursday from 12.30pm to 4pm and Friday from 12.30pm to 2.30pm, for AED 130 per person.
