Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi continues to embrace the Arabian culture and unveils the ‘Hikayat’ Arabian Nights experience to guests and residents of the capital.
Literally meaning ‘Tales’, Hikayat will take place every first and last Saturday of each month from February 2020 onwards. The luxurious hotel will be inviting guests to experience a true Arabian nightlife in an authentic majlis setup, where they can satisfy their tastebuds with Arabic favourites crafted by Arabian chefs, while witnessing traditional live entertainment by belly dancers, tanoura dancers and the oud player on the shores of Qaryat Al Beri.
Ladies can further embrace the Middle Eastern journey by adorning their hands with beautiful henna designs and take it back home as a souvenir of their Arabian Night experience.
The culinary craftsmen will take guests on a gastronomic voyage, showcasing the best of Arabian cuisine with delectable dishes and favourite drinks such as the Bonfire Chicken Mandi, Charcoal Flame Emirati Ouzi, Emirati Camel with Rice, Jallab and Qamar al-Din, just to name a few.
The Hikayat package starts from AED169 per person, inclusive of food and soft beverages; complimentary for children below six years old. Available every first and last Saturday of the month from 6 to 9 p.m.
