A Bavarian-style hops garden will pop up at Rosewood Abu Dhabi from October 17 – 19. The three-day Oktoberfest celebrations will be held at Solarium, which can house up to 200 revellers at a time on its benches to enjoy traditional German food, drinks and live entertainment.
Those who celebrate Germany’s most famous festival with Rosewood Abu Dhabi can enjoy much-loved German beverages and Bavarian delicacies including Spätzle and Obatzda in an open-plan tent that will be decorated for the occasion, complete with floral garlands.
Creating the festive atmosphere with non-stop live performances on every night of Oktoberfest at Solarium is the German band – HB-Partyband. Performing together around the world since 2005, these expert artists will entertain guests with Bavarian folk music from 7.00 p.m. onwards.
A black smoker and rotisserie are used to prepare the special dishes for the festivities, including the hand-pulled beef knuckle sandwich, the chipotle rub beef short ribs and a BBQ brisket platter – all served with fries and coleslaw.
The Oktoberfest menu also features cheese and onion pretzels in addition to roast half chicken and assorted Bavarian sausages served with apple sauerkraut and mustard.
The party at Solarium starts at 6:00 p.m. and will go well into the night up until 11:00 p.m. on the 17th, and 1:00 a.m. on the 18th and 19th. Get ready to put on your lederhosen, sip drinks and celebrate Oktoberfest at the Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s rooftop garden.
