What entails is an evening of redefined tranquility with a three-course dinner served at the private cabana of the hotel’s pool. A gastronomic affair begins with a choice of starters between Pan-Seared Foie Gras served with caramelized shallots, honey glazed persimmon, foie gras soil, and brioche or exquisite Diver Scallops presented with roasted beets puree, edamame mousse, and braised baby leeks.
The main course comprises of an enticing Wagyu Fillet served with a generous serving of snake river farm wagyu tenderloin celeriac puree, wild mushroom strudel, and veal jus. An option of Canadian Lobster Risotto tossed with green pea, dried freeze raspberry and lemon foam is also presented to guests.
The evening culminates into a divine dessert of a Valrhona chocolate texture bar featuring strawberry sorbet, chocolate soil, and chocolate marshmallows. For those with a romantic heart, a red-themed dessert of Red Berry Vacherin with yuzu caviar, yoghurt foam and pistachio frangipane is available as an alternative.
