Taking on a new identity, the newly named Origins Brunch features highlights from the popular Pit Stop Brunch, whilst dialing up the fun factor with the addition of an after-brunch party with complimentary pool access at Longitude.
Origins Brunch offers a vibrant world of live cooking stations and specialist food counters featuring an array of international and regional cuisine from the hotel’s much-acclaimed restaurants. Succulent BBQ grilled lobster, make-your-own poke stations, a tender beef wellington with all the trimmings, and a spread of Arabic and Indian delicacies are amongst the highlights, alongside free-flowing beverages. A decadent dessert room tops off the experience, complete with a show stopping liquid nitrogen bar. Meanwhile, a live DJ provides an upbeat soundtrack set against the breathtaking backdrop of the infamous Yas Marina Circuit.
The festivities continue with a sophisticated after-brunch party at Longitude, Yas Hotel’s impressive rooftop venue. With complimentary pool access, free-flowing beverages and mesmerising views across Yas Marina, it’s the perfect way to kick-start the weekend.
