Champagne Breakfast
For a truly memorable celebration, guests can begin their Valentine’s Day celebrations with an indulgent breakfast that is bound to impress their sweethearts.
Overlooking the resort and the Arabian Gulf, guests can enjoy an intimate and luxurious breakfast with a bottle of high-quality bubbles. Dishes such as the Lobster Scotch Egg, Truffle Quail Scrambled Egg, and Organic Fried Egg with Red Caviar add to the exquisite experience.
Artisanal sandwiches of Avocado and Feta; Turkey and Comte; and Salmon Lox are included in the offering along with signature salads such as Super Booster (quinoa, local harvested kale, feta salad, blueberry, pomegranate, seasonal leaves tossed with sunflower seeds & ginger passion vinaigrette); and Green Energy (baby spinach, lentil sprouts, heirloom tomatoes, broccoli, orange, candied walnuts, dried goji berries & apple cider vinaigrette).
To top it all off, guests will be tempted to indulge in a large selection of freshly baked bakery basket which includes French baguette, multigrain bread, croissants & danish pastries, berries, salads and sandwiches. Belgian Waffles, Red Velvet Pancakes and French Toasts will be available to order fresh off the griddle.
The Champagne breakfast is available at The Signature 3 from 14th to 20th February between 9am to 1pm. The breakfast costs AED 900 per couple and includes a bottle of Moët Chandon champagne.
Valentine’s Day Afternoon Tea
For an afternoon of extravagance, guests have the choice of basking in the winter sun on the terrace of The Signature 3 or cozying up inside The Drawing Room with a Valentine’s Day themed Afternoon Tea.
Guest will be spoilt for choice as they choose their tea from a dedicated tea trolley. A tea specialist will be on hand to advice on the blends and brew the Tchaba tea according to their preference.
Included in the offering are scrumptious sandwiches prepared using exotic ingredients such as Wagyu Coppa (air dried beef, broccolini, truffles, multi cereal bread); Quail Egg (Pomery mustard, beetroot, water cress, white bread); and Golden Foie Gras Torchon (wild berry chantilly, cinnamon, brioche, raspberry jelly, gold flakes) that promises to bring a special golden hue to the afternoon.
Complementing combination of incredible flavors and colors for both the palate and the eyes are presented in a fine selection of cakes and Valentine’s Day specials such as Strawberry Rhubarb Tart, Pink Lady Lamington, Chocolate Crunchy, Cherry Lavender Choux, Basil Berry Chocolate Sphere, Rose Macaroon, Red Velvet and Pretty Chocolate Bar.
Other highlights on the menu include freshly baked scones such as Louis Roederer-soaked golden sultana, Valrhona chocolate, and plain scones served with Cornish clotted cream, raspberry and apricot preserves.
The Valentine’s Day Afternoon Tea is available from 14th to 20th February between 2pm and 6pm and is priced at AED 195 per person. For AED 275, the indulgent tea is accompanied with a glass of Champagne.
Enamórate De Mi Dinner at Buddha-Bar Beach Abu Dhabi
At Buddha-Bar Beach Abu Dhabi, Chef Renzo invites guests to ‘Enamórate De Mi’ through a Nikkei-Latin inspired menu. Translating as ‘Fall in Love with me’ in English, the menu is a gastronomic affair of tastes and flavors with dishes brought to table to be shared by a couple.
Operating exclusively to unveil the Valentine’s Day menu, guests will be ushered in with a refreshing drink of Chilcano de Pisco, Peru’s signature cocktail, and live Latin entertainment.
Featured in the menu are cold starters such as California Love (Crab meat, avocado, cucumber and red tobiko); hot starters such as Duck Gyoza (Hoisin sauce, Sechuan Pepper and Yuzu ponzu); and main courses such as Beef Teriyaki (Coriander seed crust, balsamic teriyaki, taro pure and char-grilled bok choy); and Chilean Sea bass with Nikkei Pesto (Yuzu kosho pesto, artichoke pure and sauted baby vegetables).
A purely vegetarian menu is also on offer with cold starters such as Mushroom Ceviche Clasico (Mushroom mix, leche de tigre, onion, thai chili, sweet potato purée and coriander); Pastel de choclo and mushrooms (Corn cake, sautéed mushroom and balsamic teriyaki); and main course of Oyster mushroom Tericucho (Oyster mushroom, tericucho sauce, pumpkin pure, and daikon salad).
The indulgent meal ends with a sweet treat of Valrhona chocolate bar with mandarin sorbet & matcha strawberry and Herry Eton mess with yuzu caviar, yogurt foam & pistachio frangipane.

Cozy Valentine’s Dinner at Sontaya
Offering the perfect romantic backdrop with its shimmering sunset views, live violinist and an escapade to exotic flavors of South East Asia, Sontaya’s Valentine’s menu is a feast for your eyes.
With a Thai flair, the menu includes cold starters of Lobster with Mango and Citrus Vanilla Dressing, Vietnamese Style Sea Bass, and Tiger Prawn Cake, and a hot starter of Panko Duck Roll with Foie Gras.
However, the spotlight of the evening are the main courses which include a selection between Steam Fillet Halibut (Soya Sauce, Celery Salad, Shitake Mushroom, Asparagus, Baby Carrot and Lotus Root) and Peppercorn Roasted Beef Tenderloin (Mix Mushroom, Black Peppercorn Sauce, Parsnip Puree).
The evening ends with a tropical dessert of Strawberry and Coconut Panacotta, Churros, White Chocolate Crumble, and Green Tea Ice Cream.

A Romantic Beach Teepee Dinner
From the moment of arrival, guests are swept off their feet for an ultimate testimonial to love.
An intimate experience like no other awaits, as a carpeted pathway takes couples to a romantic dinner teepee set on the beach. Guests can watch the magical sunset unfold over the Arabian Gulf as a five-course menu is served.
The private dinner begins with cold starters featuring wagyu tartare with beluga caviar, tuna nigiri with salmon roe, fine de claire oysters with pomegranate ponzu and seabass ceviche. The meal is followed by a heart-warming bowl of asparagus and black truffle veloute and hot starters including Bouchée a La Reine and duck breast, foie gras and mushroom mascarpone chantilly.
As the fire pit placed in the middle of teepees provide a cozy ambiance, guests will be able to truly relax and enjoy each other’s company with decadent main courses such as Boston Lobster Thermidor, parmesan crusted chicken breast, and grilled rib eye beef.
With the waves echoing in the background, the meal culminates in shape of sweet treats including Valrhona chocolate bar with mandarin sorbet & matcha strawberry and Herry Eton Mess with yuzu caviar, yogurt foam & pistachio frangipane.

For those seeking to continue the romance well beyond the magic of Valentine’s Day, the Buddha-Bar Beach Abu Dhabi will be offering Valentine’s themed cocktails. Reassuring guests, that Valentine’s Day is not over yet, the cocktails will be available to sip alongside the glorious sunset views.
Prices at AED 35 per cocktail, guests can avail the themed concoctions from 17 to 20 February between 5pm to 7pm.

For the ultimate Valentine’s Day rendezvous, Iridium Spa at the resort offers a divinely romantic experience.
Guests begin their journey in an exclusive VIP suite decorated with a hint of romance. The private Jacuzzi set-up for two offers the perfect opportunity to unload and start the treatment with anticipation.
