Catch at St. Regis has furthered its commitment to exceptional fine dining by revealing a new monthly dinner inspired by two of the world’s most luxurious and adored tastes: champagne and caviar.

Chef Remon Nabil Hana has poured all his talents and skills into curating a divine five-course menu that pairs refreshing French champagne with the most exceptional varieties of caviar to be found across the globe. Exclusively available on the last Thursday of every month for 30 guests only, the experience invites diners to relax and savour their meal within the beautiful and serene ambiance of the restaurant, or outside on the stunning terrace. The perfect spot to embrace and appreciate the cool winter weather and invigorating sea breeze, Catch at St. Regis presents a memorable al fresco dining experience set under the starry night sky.

Presenting a magnificent feast for the senses that’s filled with delightful twists and surprises, the first ‘Luxury Indulgence of Taste’ event will take place on Thursday, February 24. Providing a blissful escape from reality and an explosion of fabulous flavours and textures, the expertly paired beverages include the smooth and aromatic Ruinart Blanc de Blanc, the fruity and bright Moët & Chandon Rosé and, the brightest star of the evening, the Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque. Made from the finest Grand Crus grapes and boasting an elongated and elegant finish, this world-renowned and prestigious beverage is bursting with complex fruity notes.

The light and crisp champagnes are served along with five incredible seafood dishes, with each recipe coming skilfully infused with elegant international influences. The distinguished set menu includes ‘A feeling of déjà vu‘ featuring premium ingredients such as carabineros, snow crab, Granny Smith jelly and Kristal caviar, ‘Nostalgia’ including crustacean ravioli, galangal lemongrass bisque and shaved dry pressed caviar, and the beautiful ‘The Pearl‘ dessert, fusing the fruity and enrapturing components of tapioca pearl, passion emulsion, coconut yuzu ice cream and pink pomelo caviar.

Ending the evening with a final flourish of decadence that flawlessly complements all four of the featured champagnes, The Catch Royal cocktail mixes Louis Roederer Brut, Chambord and St. Germain elderflower to create a delightful after-dinner tipple. Lavish, magical and truly unique, the ‘Luxury Indulgence of Taste’ evening is an experience to be treasured and remembered forever.

Taking place on the last Thursday of every month, the first ‘Luxury Indulgence of Taste’ dinner is available to enjoy on February 24 from 7pm to 12am.
