A Galore of Cakes at the Crystal Lounge

At The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, Chef Michaela whips up not one but three deliciously irresistible flavours of cakes every month. Available until 28th February, are scrumptious creations in Chocolate Walnut Dulce De Leche, Fraisier Victoria, and Cookies & Cream Cheesecake flavour.

Perfect for birthday celebrations or any special occasion, these delightful creations will add a sweet and elegant flair to the festivities.

Tea with my Honey by Chef Michaela

When she is not whipping up mouth-watering cakes, Chef Michaela is busy brewing the most delectable afternoon tea at the Crystal Lounge.

Manuka Honey is native to New Zealand and has host of health properties including improvement of digestive system. Inspired by the honey’s healing powers, Chef Michaela has prepared the afternoon tea for a healthy boost alongside a savoury selection of sandwiches with exquisite flavours such as veal tonné, salmon, and truffle.

The honey inspired afternoon tea also includes a rich collection of pastries such as heart-shaped honey macaroons; raspberry and strawberry honey mousse; strawberry and honey éclairs; almond honey tarts and divinely sweet honey cakes.

Tea with my Honey by Chef Michaela is available daily from 2PM until 6PM and is priced at AED 195 per person. For AED 240, guests can enjoy the scrumptious tea with a glass of bubbly.

This February, coffee lovers are in for a treat, as the hotel’s baristas will be creating artistic blends in four distinctive flavours during the whole month.

A twist to the traditional latte experience, these brews are caffeine free and are the perfect excuse to try new flavours or for an indulgent health boost.

Known for its numerous health benefits, the Turmeric Latte or ‘golden milk’ is a restorative drink and is an ideal alternative for caffeine because of its anti-inflammatory properties.

Making use of another ingredient from the South Asian pantry, Saffron Latte delivers a warm, luxurious feeling through its distinctively sweet and savoury flavour. With a rich, flavourful and a creamy aftertaste, this brew produces a delicious elixir that is truly tranquillity in a cup.

For those with a sweet tooth, Tiramisu Latte is the perfect treat in a cup. Hitting all the sweet notes at the right spot, this brew is a take on the classic Italian dessert and ideal for a cozy afternoon treat.

Tea aficionados are not forgotten with an Earl Grey brew. Deliciously warm and packed with flavour, it perfect for a relaxing drink! A luxurious blend of Rooibos tea brew is also on offer for tea drinkers.

Cosmo Tales at The St. Regis Bar

Indulge in specially curated Cosmopolitan cocktail creations featuring 6 distinctive flavours which is hinted in the colour of the drink.

Experience a new flavour to the traditional Cosmopolitan with these exquisitely curated creations. Grande Cosmo is concocted with hints of orange and vanilla while Cosmocello, is a concoction of pear with traces of passion fruit and pineapple. Pisco Cosmo delivers a floral and fruity finish and melon lovers can rejoice with a Melon Cosmo that comes with an aftertaste of chocolate.

For a refreshing drink, Elderflower Cosmo is the perfect choice with elderflower flavour matched with the freshness of cucumber. Cosmopolitan Bellini adds a citrus and fruity note to the evening and Dark Cosmo is a mix of creamy hazelnut flavour complemented with a pepper finish.

Il Buttero Celebrations at Villa Toscana

Meat lovers can rejoice as at Il Buttero celebrations taking place in Villa Toscana. Derived from the Tuscan term ‘Buttero’ or the keeper of the cows, the festival pays tribute to the end of the winter season. During winters, the herds accumulate fat to keep them warm. As a result, their meat is at prime at the end of the season and is prepared to capture the natural flavours and juices.

A carnivore’s delight, the menu includes Tuscan specialities such as Marinated Rib Eye Beef thinly sliced and topped with arugula salad and shaved parmesan cheese; prime beef tenderloin grilled to perfection and served with a brunello wine reduction; and milk-fed veal steak marinated in fresh rosemary and sage.

Also included in the menu are lamb specialities such as Grilled Frenched Lamb Chops marinated in Brunello wine and Grilled Boneless Lamb loin marinated in fresh rosemary and mint; and Chicken dishes include Baby free-range chicken pressed and grilled with thyme, rosemary and oregano and Supreme Breast of Chicken scalloped and served with a seasonal truffle sauce.

Helipad Sunset Supper

For guests with a taste for adventure, the Helipad Sunset Supper offers the perfect opportunity to experience a Premier Sunset Supper at 255 meters up in the air, in the highest active helipad in Middle East. The daring ones will witness the most amazing sunset views overlooking Qasr Al Watan and the magical Arabian Gulf.

From the very start, the experience exudes opulence as guests are greeted from the grand lobby of the St. Regis Abu Dhabi. A welcome glass of Louis Roederer Champagne awaits at the signature St. Regis Bar as they are guided through the discreet back hallways where a private elevator will bring the guests to the helipad, offering the most breath-taking atmosphere and panoramic views of the city. On the menu are delectable hors d’oeuvres, a tasteful selection of international cheeses in addition to 3 premium red and white grapes and hops or innovative gin cocktails concurred on the spot.

On February 19th, a delectable afternoon experience is offered like no other. Presenting the prime sunset views of Abu Dhabi overlooking Qasr Al Watan and the mesmerizing Arabian Gulf, the signature afternoon tea takes place at the highest active helipad in the Middle East. Exclusively for 20 guests, seekers of bespoke experiences can expect a quintessential atmosphere.

Guests are greeted from the lobby of The St. Regis Abu Dhabi and through a discreet elevator are taken to the helipad where an indulgent afternoon tea awaits. With intimate knowledge of every conceivable facet in the world of teas, a tea sommelier will present a rich collection of over 20 brews and guided by guest’s preference and choice, will concoct a personalized blend in front of the guests.

The experience is heightened by an exquisite collection of canapés, and appetizers with each featuring a sensational flavour. The experience is complimented by a wide selection of freshly basked scones and mouth-watering desserts.

Brunch in The Clouds continues to host an exquisite dining experience every Friday. Extravagant diners can anticipate a grand and intimate affair positioned 220m above sea level.

Held in the palatial Abu Dhabi Suite, the lush bedrooms, the study room and the library of Art Deco-inspired elements are nicely transformed into four private dining areas, allowing guests to brunch in their own privacy. Additionally, within its’ impressive majlis living room, adorned by floor-to-ceiling windows opening up to 360 high-rise views over the beautiful city and Arabian Gulf, Brunch in the Clouds is easing the “served to table” experience respecting the privacy of all.

Cloudy Bay at Catch at St. Regis

From the vineyards of Marlborough, Cloudy Bay not only captures the essence of the region but also embodies New Zealand’s finest to the world. Together Chef Remon and Restaurant General Manger, Anika De Jongh, will be capturing the country’s and embody in a sensationally inspired five-course paired menu.

Taking place from February 25th, the indulgent dinner can be availed by 30 guests only. It is priced at AED 650 per person inclusive of all taxes and fees and is available from 7PM to 9:30PM with welcome cocktails served at 6:30PM.
