Served alongside the à la carte menu, an exquisitely curated Chef Discovery Menu, priced at AED450, features some of the chef’s favourites with a range of savoury dishes cooked on a fire barbecue, while the Chef Signature Menu, priced at AED 750, allows guests to indulge in a range of dishes specially selected by the chef for that exciting element of surprise.
BBQ Al Qasr’s famed lounge area has also unveiled a new bar bites menu in addition to an extensive selection of shisha, wines and craft cocktails. Some highlights of the delectable light bites menu include Lobster Sliders, Short Rib Bites, Soft Shell Crab and freshly shucked oysters.
