A Galore of Cakes at the Crystal Lounge
At the St. Regis Abu Dhabi, Chef Michaela whips up not one but three deliciously irresistible flavours of cakes every month. Each creation is stunning in their own regard and are crafted to perfection to satisfy all sweet cravings. Available from 1st till the 28th of February, her creations are showcased in three irresistible flavours namely Chocolate Walnut Dulce De Leche, Fraisier Victoria, and Cookies & Cream Cheesecake.
- Chocolate Walnut Dulce De Leche
Start the year off right with this decadent layered creation, perfect to share with any chocolate lovers. While the chocolate symbolizes love & commitment, walnuts stand for inspiration, focus and clarity. Experience this signature layered creation, perfect to share with loved ones. Indulge in a chocolate confection featuring the distinctive flavor of walnuts, which will surely satisfy any sweet tooth.
- Fraisier Victoria
Inspired by the French word ‘Fraises’, which means ‘Strawberries’, this exquisite creation is all about strawberries. Experience mouthwatering tastes of this homemade cake, consisting of two layers of Genoese sponge cake that is soaked in Kirsch syrup and is filled with strawberries and diplomat cream. An indulgence to celebrate during birthdays, anniversaries and any other special occasions.
- Cookies & Cream Cheesecake
An extravagant treat with an enhanced flavor of the traditional cheesecake. With its’ rich and luscious texture elevated by the signature flavor of chocolate cookie pieces, this Oreo studded cheesecake is a total dessert bliss.
Chef Michaela Therese H. Bustaliño knew her life will be filled with pastries and irresistible flavours as she started her own bakery in the Philippines shortly after graduating with bachelors in BS Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management. Her designed cakes and pastries took her to Marriott Marquis, Doha in 2017 where she was appointed as the Demi Chef de Partie. Joining the St. Regis team in Abu Dhabi in 2019, she has made a mark for herself as the ‘Cake Artist’.

Afternoon Tea and Rose Petal Jams
Hailing from Morocco, Junior Sous Chef Hajar brings the tradition of The St. Regis Afternoon Tea with a sweet twist. Chef Hajar has laid out an afternoon tea with homemade jams, infusion of tea, canapé and pastries that feature elements inspired by roses, the favourite flower of American socialite Caroline Astor.
Available for the whole month of January from 2pm till 6pm, the afternoon tea is offered for a price of AED 195. Should you wish to enjoy it with a glass of champagne, the price will be AED 240.

Gin Afternoon Tea at Azura Panoramic Lounge
A traditional selection of mouth-watering treats awaits along with stunning coastal views of Abu Dhabi Corniche. Dainty sandwiches, delicious cakes, tempting pastries and indulgent scones accompany a tasting of four signature gin creations.
The Gin Afternoon Tea is priced at AED 240 per person and is available from 2pm to 6pm except on Mondays.

The Art of Aperitivo at Villa Toscana
Connoisseur of Italian cuisine, Villa Toscana has rolled out an Aperitivo menu that cannot be missed.
Traditionally, Aperitivo is a light meal that takes place at the end of the workday to whet the appetite. Today, the tradition has evolved to be enjoyed with mouth-watering bites and a cocktail.
Unwind and experience the best of Italian culture with a decadent selection of cold cuts, cheeses, and finger food.
The Aperitivo menu is available for AED 175 from Sunday to Friday, 5PM to 8PM.

Premier Sunset Supper at St. Regis Abu Dhabi
Not for the faint-hearted! 20 guests will be able to exclusively experience a Premier Sunset Supper at 255 meters up in the air, in the highest active helipad in Middle East. For the daring ones to witness the most amazing sunset views overlooking Qasr Al Watan and the magical Arabian Gulf, The St. Regis Abu Dhabi has crafted a Premier Sunset Supper starting from the grandeur of its’ lobby and continuing with a welcome glass of Louis Roederer Champagne at the signature St. Regis Bar. Guided through the discreet back hallways, a private elevator will bring the guests to the helipad, offering the most breath-taking atmosphere and panoramic views of the city. On the menu are delectable hors d’oeuvres, a tasteful selection of international cheeses in addition to 3 premium red and white grapes and hops or innovative gin cocktails concurred on the spot.
The Sunset Supper is available from 4:30PM to 7PM on 29th January. Guests are kindly requested to arrive at 4pm in order to complete the check in process.

Brunch in The Clouds continues to host an exquisite dining experience every Friday. All extravagant diners can join us on 22nd January to enjoy a rich and private dining event positioned 220m above sea level.
Held in the palatial Abu Dhabi Suite, the lush bedrooms, the study room and the library of Art Deco-inspired elements are nicely transformed into four private dining areas, allowing guests to brunch in their own privacy. Additionally, within its’ impressive majlis living room, adorned by floor-to-ceiling windows opening up to 360 high-rise views over the beautiful city and Arabian Gulf, Brunch in the Clouds is easing the “served to table” experience respecting the privacy of all.
Discover the extensive menu which has been carefully designed by Executive Chef Joseph and his team to satisfy all discerning palates, including seafood selections, lobster and oysters, a vast variety of sushi combinations, tasteful meat courses all formed in creative recipes, as well as delicately presented collections of desserts and chocolates.
Available on 22nd January, Brunch in Clouds takes place from 12PM to 4PM. Prices are AED 450 per person for soft beverages, AED 595 inclusive of house wine, beer, house spirits & prosecco and for AED 750 the price includes champagne, house wine, house spirits, beer & prosecco.
