A sensual, aromatic and distinctly unique specialty, caviar has fascinated people throughout history, and to this day it remains one of the world’s most prized delicacies. Inviting guests to fully immerse themselves in the luxurious tastes and incredible textures of this premium delicacy, the ‘Masterclass of Caviar Excellence’ encompasses an interactive tasting experience, followed by a decadent three-course wine pairing dinner.
Set out in the fresh air on Catch at St. Regis’s beautiful event lawn, the distinguished tasting experience showcases three delectable and world-renowned varieties of caviar. Guests are invited to relax under the starry night’s sky, absorb the sophisticated yet informal ambiance, and savour the briny and earthy flavours of Baeri Royal caviar, the subtle seawater aromas of the hazelnut-infused Oscietra Prestige caviar, and the rich and complex notes of Kristal caviar, a medium to large variety that is favoured by many of the world’s top chefs.
Led by Maya Mady, the Middle East ambassador for Maison Kaviari, the informative and enriching culinary journey guides guests through the many different types of caviar in the Kaviari collection, and explores their unique characteristics, and how they are best enjoyed. Bringing over 50 years of expertise as one of the world’s leading caviar farmers, Maison Kaviari selects only the finest quality caviar to ensure that every mouthful provides endless tantalising moments of pure indulgence. Every guest will be left utterly enthralled as Maya shares her deep and detailed knowledge of caviar, and her genuine passion for each of the magnificent varieties.
Once the captivating tasting experience has concluded, guests are invited to savour a sumptuous three-course dinner prepared by Head Chef Remon Nabil Hana and his talented kitchen team. Highlighting immaculate palate pleasers such as Japanese amberjack, delicate fresh pink Argentinian prawns, Patagonian toothfish and the chef’s signature tropical coconut sago dessert, each expertly crafted recipe is paired with a rich, smooth and balanced glass of premium wine.
