The Kati Vasti treatment draws techniques from ancient Ayuveda and uses warm oils to ease lower-back pain, while a Chakra Healing rebalances the body and unblocks stagnant energy. Velvet Glow combines a full body magnesium scrub and massage for visible brighter skin.
