The highlight of the season will arrive on December 25 with Santa’s Santorini Party—a Christmas Day brunch feast that promises a delightful mix of festive dishes, poolside relaxation, and a live DJ spinning favourite tunes. Guests can indulge in a mouthwatering spread of traditional delights, including BBQ wagyu short ribs, succulent turkey, and fresh oysters, all while enjoying the breathtaking ocean backdrop and a special visit from Santa Claus. This festive celebration will take place from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Apollo Bar and Oia Oasis, with pricing set at AED 1,200 net per adult for pool and beach access with non-alcoholic beverages, and AED 1,500 net per adult for pool and beach access with alcoholic house beverages.

As the year comes to a close, guests are invited to welcome the New Year in style at the Night of the Gods Gala Dinner on December 31. Guests don their finest attire worthy of gods and goddesses for this enchanting evening, featuring a gourmet feast, free-flowing beverages, and captivating live performances, all set against a vibrant, festive ambience. The gala will take place poolside from 8:00 pm, with pricing at AED 12,000 net per couple for outside guests and AED 9,000 net per couple for in-house guests, both inclusive of beverages.
