An Arabian Iftar at Al Mabeet Desert Camp
An elegant and unique setting for a Ramadan celebration, the mesmerising Al Mabeet Desert Camp is open exclusively for the special period. Inspired by the rustic camps of the Bedouin tribes, Al Mabeet features a traditional tent set up adorned with Bedouin-style décor, ornaments and a bonfire to gather around with loved ones and celebrate the spirit of the holy month.
Guests are invited to relax, and absorb the peace and quiet of the expansive natural landscape, and savour an authentic iftar spread of delicious Arabic specialties and international favorites. The relaxing iftar experience is further enhanced with gentle melodies from a live Qanoon player, adding to the enchanting ambiance.
Presenting a plethora of live stations serving expertly crafted specialities, families and friends are encouraged to start their unforgettable experience with an array of healthy salads, heartwarming soups, and colorful hot and cold mezze.
The main courses then span Emirati delicacies such as whole slow-cooked lamb Ouzi, traditional Arabic grills and Levantine recipes such as chicken and lamb tagines and Moroccan-style hammour. Presenting a fully immersive journey through the world’s finest cuisines, the variety of Arabic specialties are found alongside juicy roast beef, spicy Indian curries, aromatic Asian stir-fries, Italian penne Arrabiata pasta and much more, all served with a curated selection of refreshing Ramadan drinks.
