Launched on September 30 at The Signature 3, the Caviar & Champagne Bar is an exquisite new experience that invites tastemakers from across the globe to celebrate the transition from day to night in an enchanting and alluring ambiance, and is set to become a coveted social hotspot in Abu Dhabi.
Open daily from 5pm to 7pm, guests are encouraged to relax and unwind within the captivating opulence of the bar, or head out to the outdoor terrace to admire the golden sunset over the shimmering waters of Saadiyat Island.
Oozing classic style and charisma, the bespoke bar features an exclusive and intimate experience, complementing the distinct flavours of caviar together with the floral and intricate taste of world-renowned Perrier-Jouët Champagne. Artistically presented with chopped chives, shallots, egg white, egg yolk, capers, Melba toast and blinis, these delicate and extravagant nibbles elevate the overall experience.
The curated ‘Caviar Indulgence’ selection stars everything from rich and buttery Beluga caviar to earthy Baeri caviar and pleasantly nutty Oscietre Gold caviar.
While, Maison Perrier-Jouët, a famous champagne sourced from one of the globe’s most admired vineyards, nurtures and cultivates its grapes in the beautiful area of Côte des Blancs, located in the heart of Champagne’s legendary “Golden Triangle”.
Proving that there really is no finer pairing than a glass of light and playful champagne with a serving of tasty and aromatic caviar, the reimagined addition to The Signature 3 is the perfect place to start a memorable evening by Saadiyat Island’s white sands and azure waters.
