The new Friday Summer Brunch Eat-Sip-Swim-Repeat is home to a perfect summer experience spent enjoying fresh taste and texture at any of the many live stations fashioning the experience: oyster, sushi and sashimi bars, a taco station, a dessert trolley and many more surprises. Choose your favorite meat or seafood on display and watch it get masterfully and authentically grilled on firewood to your liking. The package includes pool access and a 20% discount on F&B before and after brunch to be enjoyed at the pool side. This is for just AED350 per person for food only, and an additional AED125 per person for free-flowing wine and beer.
Saturday at Wood & Fire: Brunch with Pool Access
The Wood & Fire Saturday Brunch at Aqua, Rosewood Abu Dhabi is a weekend highlight featuring the full line up of summer pleasures with pool access and a tempting menu that will really lift those blues. All costs just AED310 per person for the brunch with the food menu, or AED410 for the brunch with free-flowing wines and beer. Come be your best self between 12pm and 3pm.
Dining Daily at Wood & Fire
The Wood & Fire daily dinner is exactly what it sounds like: a celebration of firewood-grilled goodness, with such starters as beef, steak tartar, beetroot citrus salad, kale avocado salad and charcuterie. The mains include spit-fire prawns, lobster, and some really succulent dishes; rib-eye, T-bone and tenderloin. For dessert, churros, pumpkin caramel pecan cheesecake. All this takes place daily between 6.30pm and 10pm.
Majlis Lobby Lounge
At the main Majlis Lobby Lounge, all-day dining is accompanied by a glamorous afternoon tea. The menus come from different cuisines carrying various flavors, and the tea comes in many types, including Arabic, Asian, vegan, vegetarian and English afternoon tea. Open 7am to 10pm.
Majlis Garden View
The new indoor ‘Majlis Garden View’ faces the lush and picturesque garden with a stunning view of the city’s gorgeous sunsets. The place is carefully designed for privacy and will quickly be your favorite morning spot to catch up with friends over coffee, enjoy an invigorating business lunch, reset the day with a calming afternoon tea, or even join an evening celebration. The Majlis welcomes guests between 12pm and 12am every day.
Ladies Tuesday Night
Dubbed ‘Heel Before Me’, ladies’ nights are held every Tuesday and continue at Majlis Garden View during the summer, but the fun night are the same.

For all the wine and cheese lovers, La Cava is the perfect cove. Guests can taste 15 wines paired with an irresistible cheese selection and cold cuts served to their table. It runs from Monday to Saturday between 7pm to 9pm, with two-hour packages starting from just AED209 per person for the standard package, and AED309 per person for the Bold package, which offers premium grape selection. Furthermore, guests have the choice to extend their evening for just AED99 per hour.

Flavor Feast ‘Ais Kacang’ – Shaved Iced Dessert
For those who are looking for the perfect summer setting to cool down, experience at Dai Pai Dong the new ‘Ais Kacang’, a very well-known Asian dessert originally made of only shaved ice and red beans. Today, our Shaved Ice Desserts are coming in four different, delicious and colorfulflavors including the traditional Red Bean Shaved Ice (red bean, raisins, black pearls, lichi, Taro balls and sweet corn), Matcha Shaved Ice (shaved milk ice, ice cream, ice jelly, taro balls, black pearls and almond), Chocolate Shaved Ice (ice jelly, vanilla ice cream and choco crumble), and Mango Shaved Ice (shaved milk Ice, mango, mango ice cream, sago, sweet corn and ice jelly). Seasonal ‘Lotus Root’ Set Menu
The ‘Lotus Root’ set menu at Dai Pai Dong is available only in August 2021 and is really the work of passionate Cantonese cuisine connoisseurs who now offer this seasonal menu at Rosewood Abu Dhabi for a limited time. Start your celebration of the sacred flower with lotus- and shrimp-filled dim sums, sweet and sour sliced lotus, and crispy fried lotus with chili flakes. Experience two main courses including steamed sliced lotus with minced pork, egg yolk and mushroom, and pan-shried shrimp and lotus with coriander and sweet chili sauce.
